FEATURING NASHVILLE’S FAMOUS BLUEBIRD CAFE

Guitar Center collaborates with one of Nashville’s most celebrated music venues, The Bluebird Cafe (responsible for launching the careers of Tim McGraw + Taylor Swift), for a one-night-only event at Guitar Center’s Nashville location, in partnership with Taylor Guitars. The event was the Nashville location’s first sold-out event of its kind.
My Role: Event Manager & Content Strategy
Created initial project pitch deck for CMO; Secured brand partnership sponsors Bluebird Cafe + Taylor Guitars; Managed in-store event schedule; Crafted content plan surrounding event, including artist interviews, portraits, social media coverage, exclusive giveaways + more; Drafted, coded + posted related article interviews supporting event; Sourced local photographer Alysse Gafkjen for event coverage; Collaborated with visual artist on marketing materials, incl. Limited Edition poster art, etc.
Brand Initiatives: Drive store traffic; Foster community culture between Nashville cultural landmark and Guitar Center storefront; Bring awareness to brand sponsors
